Jonathan Foster completed a PhD at Stockholm University with a dissertation on Writing the State: Administrative Fiction in Long-Nineteenth-Century Britain. Currently, he co-edits two forthcoming volumes: Dickens and Decadence (Edinburgh UP) and Irish Writers in the Civil Service (Liverpool UP).
Alexandra Irimia
Alexandra Irimia is a KWI alumna and a Humboldt postdoctoral researcher working on contemporary bureaucratic fiction at the University of Bonn.
Recently, they co-edited a special issue of Administory themed “Administrative Cultures and their Aesthetics” and co-founded the Substack newsletter Bureaucritics.
